With funding secured through GM Arts, and in partnership with Bury Art Museum and The Met, I managed and delivered an artist development programme designed to support artists and creatives living and/or working in Bury.

Running from September 2025 to February 2026, the programme brought together a cohort of local artists and provided structured professional development opportunities through mentoring, workshops, and peer learning. Working closely with participants, I facilitated the design of the programme around their identified development needs, including facilitation skills, artist branding and marketing, and creative project development.

As part of the programme, participants were supported to design and deliver their own networking and engagement opportunities for the wider creative community. This culminated in a three-day artist-led festival takeover of The Mill Gate Shopping Centre, creating space for artists, creatives, and local audiences to connect, collaborate, and showcase creative practice within a public setting.

My role included programme planning and delivery, stakeholder management, partnership working, artist support, budget oversight, event coordination, and evaluation.
